Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Field Readings, Constellation Membership, gift readings, and the scalarflower.com service (together, "the Instrument"). By purchasing or using them, you agree to these terms.

1. What a Field Reading is, and is not

This clause is the heart of these terms and is binding on both of us. A Field Reading is a computed and written interpretation of a birth chart treated as an interference field. The wave mathematics in every reading is exact and reproducible. The premise that planetary positions act as wave sources is the system's chosen interpretive axiom, and is not established physics. Readings are offered as instruments of reflection: symbolic craft on real computation. They are not predictions. They are not, and must never be used as, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice, and no decision should be made in reliance on them. You agree that you purchase readings on this understanding. If you are facing a decision that matters, consult a qualified professional, not a chart.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account email, which is how purchases are matched to your account, and for the accuracy of birth data you enter; readings computed from incorrect data are still deemed delivered, though we will regenerate in good faith under the Refund Policy.

3. Whose charts you may run

You may generate readings for your own chart, for your minor children, and for people who have given you their birth data with consent. You may not use the Instrument to profile, harass, defame, or intimidate any person, and we may restrict generation of readings for public figures and decline or revoke service used in this way.

4. Your reading, your license

Readings and PDF documents generated for you are yours for personal, non-commercial use: keep them, print them, share them with the people they concern. You may not resell readings, offer them as a commercial service, or systematically extract the methods. The engine, methods, visual style, and the Scalar Flower name remain our property.

5. Gift codes

Gift codes are single-use, have no cash value, and may not be resold. The reading generated from a redeemed code belongs to the redeemer, who enters their own birth data privately; the purchaser does not receive access to it.

6. Membership

Constellation Membership bills on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Membership features may evolve; if we materially reduce them, you may cancel with a prorated refund of any prepaid annual term as your exclusive remedy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Instrument is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Instrument is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@scalarflower.com.
