Refund Policy
Effective June 11, 2026
Scalar Flower sells digital readings: computed analyses of birth charts, delivered electronically as web readings and PDF documents. Because delivery is instant and the work is generated specifically for the chart you provide, our refund terms are built around one simple line: before your reading is generated, your money is fully refundable; after it is delivered, the sale is final, with a goodwill window.
Single Field Readings
If you purchase a Field Reading and never attach it to a chart, your credit is unconsumed and you may request a full refund at any time. Once a reading has been generated and delivered, the sale is final. That said, we stand behind the work: if something is wrong with your reading, a technical fault, a chart entered in error, a document that failed to deliver, contact us within 7 days and we will regenerate it, credit you, or refund you. Choose carefully, ask us questions before buying, and we will deal with you in good faith after.
Gift Readings
A gift purchase is refundable in full at any time before its redemption code is used. Once the recipient redeems the code and a reading is generated, the gift is delivered and the sale is final under the same 7-day goodwill terms above.
Constellation Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not prorate partial periods. Annual memberships may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase provided no readings have been generated in that time.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, any unconsumed reading credits or unredeemed gift codes from that order are revoked. Readings already delivered remain yours.
